About Us

We sell the finest european artisan and traditional whole grain breads and rolls baked by master baker Carlos Garcia (AKA: Carlos the Bread King). We specialize in portuguese round bread and rolls, which are made from Carlos’s family recipe from his village, Arcos de Valdevez, in Portugal. We also sell danish pastries, cookies, muffins, and turnovers, all created from scratch by Carlos. Our products are fresh every morning. We sell both wholesale and retail.

Carlos was taught this traditional European form of bread making from his Father, Grandfather, and Uncle, and also from old world Italian and Polish bread makers. Carlos still makes bread the way he was taught in childhood,

Carlos makes 7 different breads daily, 6 days a week, each from its own individual dough. Each dough has its own pre-ferment with long fermentation. From these 8 doughs, Carlos makes 20 different products for retail and wholesale purchase. We slice, bag, and seal our bread in plastic for your protection.
